EKOL stone based multideck ovens are equipped with specially developed circulation system and refractory stone floors. A perfect baking result is obtained by providing equal distribution of heat to the decks,. There are steam tubes that produce very strong vapor in desired quantities at each fold. They can be opened and closed independently, so that the vapor of each deck can be adjusted. It provides the possibility to bake different types of cakes, cookies simultaneously. By using high isolation and precious isolation materials, heat loss is prevented and energy saving is achieved. Glass can be located to the doors when desired.
